Mark Description

This is a super simple recipe that produces dynamic flavors. This Teriyaki Smoked Buffalo Wing recipe is perfect for gameday!

Separate the drumetts and flats and trim any excess skin. Pour a bottle of teriyaki sauce into a ziplock bag. Add black pepper and garlic powder. Drop the wings into the bag. Seal and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Set your grill up for indirect grilling. Use tongs to remove the wings from the ziplock bag and put on the cool side of the grill. Sprinkle creole seasoning on the wings, add wood chips, and cover.

Grill at 275 for 2 hours or until they reach your desired texture. I like my wings crispy so I may let them go a little longer.

Before you take them off the grill, brush the wings with Buffalo sauce. Let the sauce caramelize into the meat and remove. Serve immediately with bleu cheese or ranch.
