Whether you're grilling for a special occasion or you just want to get your gourmet on, this is a good Surf and Turf recipe to show off your skills! Lobster tails and strip steaks go with just about anything!

Melt a stick of butter in the microwave. Add a tablespoon of minced garlic, a teaspoon of onion powder, and two teaspoons of Da Kine Hawaiian's Da Rub (Spicy Blend) and stir it up. Put it in the freezer for a few minutes and let it thicken up.

Using a pair of kitchen scissors or a sharp knife, split the lobster tails down the middle and leave the tip in tact. Generously apply the spicy garlic butter mixture.

Rub the steaks down with Worcestershire Sauce. Generously apply Shipwrecked Seasoning's Red Meat Rub to the steaks and rub it into the meat. Let it sit for at least an hour.

In a skillet, caramelize sweet onions and saute mushrooms and sweet peppers in olive oil and minced garlic.

Set your grill up for direct grilling. Place the lobster shell side down on the grill and let the spicy garlic butter melt down into the meat. Grill at 450 degrees with the shell down and then flip and grill for another two minutes.

Grill the steaks over direct heat for about 2.5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired temperature. After you flip the steaks, add a glob of the spicy garlic butter to the steak and let it melt down into the meat.

Try to time the lobster and steak so you can remove them from the grill at the same time and serve right away!! Don't forget to pile the onions, peppers and mushrooms on the steak!
