Mark Description

This is an easy recipe that only takes a few minutes to prepare. Good for a main dish or as a side.

The thin sliced sirloin works well for this and you can usually find it at the grocery store. Marinate the sirloin with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt.

Cut the tips off the green beans. Drop them in boiling water for about three minutes then put them in an in bowl of ice water for a minute or so.

Spread a little cream cheese on the sirloin slices and drop some green beans on top. Roll the sirloin around the beans and secure with a tooth pick.

Set your grill up for direct grilling. Grill for 6 minutes, turn halfway trough. Remove and serve immediately!
