Mark Description

Marinade tenderloins in Shiner beer (or beer of choice) for at least five hours (overnight is better) with a grill seasoning such as Bill's Season All (perfect on all meats but best on salmon, steaks, and chicken on the grill).

Remove from cooler or fridge and allow meat to sit while charcoal is prepping.

Put meat on grill but not on direct heat grill to med-rare for best flavor. Baste with butter and beer mixture while grilling to lock in flavor and ensure meat is not dry.
