This slow smoked,glazed ham is in my opinion the best way to prepare your ham for the Holidays. You will need: -15-20lb pre-smoked(cured) Ham -Honey Dijon Mustard -BBQ Rub -Bottle of Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze The first step is to preheat your smoker to about 225 degrees and adding green pieces of cherry wood to your coal bed for flavor. While preheating your can then prep the ham. You will first want to lightly coat the entire ham with mustard. Then sprinkle with your favorite BBQ rub. Once smoker is at 225 place ham onto the smoker for 2.5hrs. Next remove the ham and generously brush the glaze onto the ham. You will then wrap the ham in foil and return to the smoker for an additional 1.5hrs. When you remove the ham vent foil and let the ham rest for 30 minutes. After resting, you are ready to slice and serve.
