Mark Description

You will need:

-5lb pork roast

-1 can crushed pineapple

-1/2c brown sugar

-1/4c soy sauce

-1/4c liquid smoke

-1 medium onion chopped

Place pork roast in slow cooker along with 1c water and turn on medium heat. Next combine remainder of ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Pour onto roast stopping halfway through to turn the roast. ( you want it to cook fat side up). Once finished pouring the Mixture onto the roast cover and cook for approx. 8hr. When falling apart shred roast using two forks in the remaining juices. After shredded mix well and let rest 30 min. Next drain excess juices from slow cooker and add 1 1/2c of your favorite BBQ sauces and turn on low and cook another 30 min. After this you can spoon onto a bun and garnish as desired. ( I use shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and mustard). Hope y'all enjoy.
