Grilled Vegetable Pasta Salad

You can use any vegetable you have to make this delicious pasta. Da Kine Hawaiian Island Dressing really takes this pasta to another level of awesomeness though.

3 yellow squash
3 zuchinni
1 small eggplant
1 leek
A handful of cherry tomatoes
2 Tbls Da Kine Hawaiian Da Rub Smoky seasoning
2 Tbls olive oil
1 lb noodles (I used fusili)

Slice squash, zuchinni, and eggplant 1/2 an inch lengthwise. Slice leek in half and rinse well. Half or quarter tomatoes. Coat all vegetables with oil and Da Kine Hawaiian Smoky seasoning.

Bring pot of water to boil and cook noodles until aldente. In a separate bowl, pour 1/2 to 3/4 bottle of the Da Kine Hawaiian Island Dressing. Drain noodles and pour over dressing. Toss light being sure to coat all of the noodles.

Grill all the vegetables, except tomatoes over direct heat for 2-4 minutes per side.

Roughly dice the vegetables, then gently mix into the pasta. Season with more Da Kine Hawaiian Da Rub Smoky Seasoning to taste.
