-4 fresh ears of corn
-3 tomatoes diced
-1/4 cup purple onion diced
-5 fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
-1 Tbls coconut oil
-a couple of dashes of red wine vinegar
Grill corn over direct heat until charred. Slice corn from cob and combine with remaining ingredients.
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill over direct heat to desired doneness. Slice on a diagonal against grain. Spoon corn salsa over steak and enjoy.
