This was my first time grilling tuna; I think they had a great flavor but will definitely upgrade and try a better seafood seasoning for future use..

Ingredients:
3 to 4 (6-8 ounce) ahi tuna steaks, 1 inch thick
Olive oil or olive oil spray
Seafood seasoning (I used Red Lobster brand)
Parsley flakes

Prep:
In a glass dish place tuna steaks and spray tuna steaks with olive oil, sprinkle with seafood seasoning and parsley flakes. Seal container and also to sit for 1 hour and refrigerate with seasoning while grill is prepped. Pull from refrigerator and allow meat come closer to room tempt maybe 10 minutes prior to placing on grill.

Grill:
Prep grill and charcoal; when coals are ready and still hot place tuna steaks over heat and sear each side for 6 minutes, turning once. Transfer to a serving plate, and serve immediately.
