Mark Description

This is the best way I've found to cook duck and have yet to find anyone who doesn't love it. Enjoy!

You will need:

-3 duck breast (6 halves)

-Italian Dressing

-Dales Marinade

-Cream Cheese

-Cellery

-Diced Jalepenos

-Onion

-Bacon (Weaved)

You can do this in the oven or on grill, however, the temp should be about 350•. After marinating breast in Italian dressing and Dales marinade for a few hours (mixed half & half), place breast in oven/grill safe dish. Next put one tbsp of cream cheese on top of each breast piece. Then take slice of Cellery and seat into the scoop of cream cheese. After that, place one onion slice on top of each breast piece and fill middle with diced jalepenos. Next season with Tonys and cover dish with bacon weave. Cook 30 min covered with aluminum foil then an additional 15 minutes uncovered or until bacon is crispy. Serve over wild rice.
